Born In the heart of Amritsar, Punjab, India, was a nine year old girl who displayed an innate passion for cooking. Her enthusiasm to master the unique art of Indian Cuisine was a force to be reckoned with. Naturally, she exhibited an unparalleled mastery in handling powerful Indian spices and combining different flavors to create a flawless union with the natural sensation of human taste. Her precociousness and splendid talent eventually began to capture the curiosity of the entire village. She was met with tremendous remarks and so her passion cemented. Although she had no professional ambitions towards the culinary arts, she believed that every family deserved the satiety of a delicious meal at the end of a long, hard day. So she began to experiment, innovate and explore the infinite bundle of possibilities that is the Indian Culinary Arts and spread her wisdom. So 70 years today, we bring to you the genius of Mrs. Manmohna Banga and share with you the pleasure of her unique creations at Lajawaab Indian Cuisine. Our philosophy is simple, we embody the spirit and heart of the Ancient Indian Culinary Arts and strive to achieve an unparalleled form of innovation and exoticism for everyone to enjoy without a single regard for the monetary value it brings. We aim to vibrate passion and brilliance at the very depths of our existence just as the nine year old girl did.
